Outlook 2007 Send/Rec'v Failure (process replicating) Background: I have a user on my network running Vista Business with Office 2007. User is running a laptop on a docking station. Office 2007 is configured through a local exchange (2003) server however all mail is pulled from an external provider (via Pop3).
Problem: When the user attempts to send a message, the message goes to the sent box, and becomes stuck. The send and recieve process seems to become stuck in an infinite loop. (the send and rec box shows the process replicating over and over), however for some reason this message hangs in the box and will not go out. The message is not of substantial size, where the exchange system might reject it based on those parameters. Has anyone else experienced these issues?
Also the user has indexing issues, where the system seems to think that after it has been indexing all night, there are 2.5 million more messages needing to be indexed.
I've reinstalled outlook, and run office diagnostics tools to no avail.
