Time Creep on Linux Servers?

Default Time Creep on Linux Servers?
Is it normal for a Linux server (Intel Xeon hardware) to fall out of sync by 15-40 seconds per day?


Cant find any good documention on why this would happen.

Any pointers would be appreciated.
